Meet the Doctor of Physical Therapy

Dr. Jordan Pedersen, PT, DPT, OCS, FAAOMPT, Cert. MDT

Dr. Jordan Pedersen moved to Northern New York with his wife Alesha Pedersen in 2013. He has since worked in orthopedic physical therapy settings over the last 10 years. During that time he has progressed his knowledge in orthopedics through extensive speciality training. He completed a 3 year fellowship program to become a Fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Physical Therapists. He is one of St. Lawrence County’s only Certified McKenzie physical therapists, known for its researched proven techniques for treatment of spine and extremity conditions. Lastly, he has become an Orthopedic Certified Specialist. He has used his skills in orthopedics to not only help his patient’s, but to assist in orthopedic classes at Clarkson University as adjunct faculty.

Outside of work, Jordan enjoys participating in local running races, bike races, and triathlons. He also enjoys spending time with his wife and 4 children. They keep him on the go, and he is often at local soccer games or dance recitals cheering on his kids.
